We formally give notice that we will be holding the Heavers Farm Primary School PTA Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 27th April 2021 at 8pm on zoom.
Zoom details will be sent out the day before by the school’s text system.
All parents, carers and staff are welcome. This AGM has been delayed from September 2020, so you’ll hear about both the 2019/2020 academic year as well as the current school year. The Chair, Hannah Wright and the Treasurer, Elena Carosio will present their reports and the new committee will be voted in.
Want to join the PTA Committee?
Now is your chance to JOIN THE PTA committee! The PTA committee raises money to benefit the school as well as bringing the school community together through events and activities.
The current committee is a small and friendly bunch of working parents. Although some commitment and time is required, we all appreciate the constraints of balancing work and a family too.
We will be unable to put on large events like the disco and summer fair without additional support as the PTA is currently such a small team. HELP TO MAKE THESE HAPPEN!
Everyone is welcome including dads!
Nomination forms via a survey monkey link will be emailed out after the Easter holidays.
If you would like to join us and help raise important funds for our school (and make friends and have a lot of fun in the process!) then please ensure that the online form is completed by Friday 23rd April. All positions within the committee are up for grabs so get your forms in as soon as you can.
Committee positions include; Chair, Vice-Chair (optional), Treasurer, Secretary, and general committee positions.
